Terms of Use
By accessing this website you agree to be legally bound by these terms and conditions, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree to being legally bound by these terms and conditions, please do not enter the site.
These terms and conditions are subject to change by Orchiture Ltd at any time. Please check these terms and conditions from time to time to take notice of any changes we make, as they are legally binding on you. Some of the provisions contained in these Terms of Use may also be superseded by provisions or notices published elsewhere on our site.
You may not copy, reproduce, republish, download, post, broadcast, transmit, make available to the public, or otherwise use the content of www.orchiture.com in any way unless you have prior written permission from Orchiture Ltd. You may download items, for example white papers, that are intended for this use but you may only print one copy for reference purposes.
Client Engagements
These Terms of Use govern your use of this website only. The terms under which Orchiture delivers consulting services — including scope of work, fees, deliverables, confidentiality, and data handling — are set out in a separate Client Services Agreement, which is provided to and agreed by each client prior to the commencement of any engagement.
In the event of any conflict between these Terms of Use and the Client Services Agreement, the Client Services Agreement shall take precedence in relation to the consulting relationship.
Session Recording
Orchiture operates as a remote-first consultancy. As part of service delivery, calls and sessions may be recorded for the purposes of transcription, analysis, and the production of accurate session records and deliverables. The recording practice is disclosed to prospective clients verbally at the outset of any initial call, and is addressed explicitly in the Client Services Agreement.
By entering into a Client Services Agreement with Orchiture, the client accepts that sessions conducted during the engagement may be recorded and processed as described in our Privacy Policy. Clients are responsible for ensuring that any employees, colleagues, or other individuals who participate in sessions on their behalf are informed of this practice prior to joining a session.
If any participant does not wish to be recorded, they should inform Orchiture before the session begins. We will make reasonable alternative arrangements where possible.
Use of AI in Service Delivery
Orchiture uses AI-assisted tools as part of its consulting process, including for transcription and analysis of session recordings. These tools are used to support the quality, accuracy, and efficiency of the work we deliver.
All AI-generated outputs — including transcripts, summaries, and analytical observations — are reviewed by Orchiture before being relied upon or shared with clients. We do not treat AI-generated content as definitive without human review, and we do not use client recordings or session data to train or improve any AI model.
Further detail on how session data is processed, stored, and protected is set out in our Privacy Policy.
Client Data Responsibility
Where clients share personal data about their employees, team members, or other third parties with Orchiture during the course of an engagement — whether verbally in sessions or in written materials — the client remains the data controller in respect of that data. Clients are responsible for ensuring they have a lawful basis to share such data with Orchiture, and that appropriate notice has been given to the individuals concerned.
